Staying in Stirling...

So today was our final day at the very small bed and breakfast, and I had to haul all of our suitcases down 2 flights of stairs that were VERY narrow. We travelled to Stirling castle today and the picture of the statue above is the KING ROBERT THE BRUCE statue. I tried getting a cool picture that made it look as if he was staring at the WILLIAM WALLACE MONUMENT (another one). Anyway, after that, we ate at a small pub and continued our drive towards St. Andrews. We got there at around 5pm and the St. Andrews castle was closed, but we were able to visit the golf course. Hey Dr. Bill, you would have a fun time playing on St. Andrews, it is one TOUGH course, the wind is probably around 11mph the entire time. We are now about 15 minutes out of Stirling staying at a Holiday Inn. Tomorrow we will be heading to Drummond castle and the Argyll Forest. Talk to you all later!

They have Holiday Inn's in Europe? Somehow that just sounds too american. Please don't eat at a McDonald's. :) When do you head on to another country? I can't wait to hear about the vet school!
Talk to you later ~
